Welcome to Dogwood Grove Homeowner’s Association Website
Dogwood Grove, conveniently located in the Northeastern corner of Germantown, has Johnson Road as its western boundary and straddles both the north and south sides of Wolf River Boulevard. Established in the late 1980s, the homes in the Dogwood Grove neighborhood offer multi-story living on large lots with stately and mature trees, and are close to amenities such as schools and parks.
Neighborhood children are zoned for Germantown Municipal Schools of Dogwood Elementary, Houston Middle, and Houston High School. These three schools have some of the highest academic scores in the County and State. Houston High School holds numerous academic and athletic awards, including ACT scores that beat national averages. Click here to go to the Houston High School website. In addition to outstanding public schools, Dogwood Grove is within 3 miles of impressive private schools, including: Briarcrest Christian School, St. George’s Independent School, and Evangelical Christian School.
Many homes in Dogwood Grove are located directly on the City’s Greenbelt that connects with Memphis and covers almost 21 contiguous miles of greenbelt. The paved path links you to parks, shops, restaurants and beautiful ride along the Wolf River.
An active Homeowners Association provides maintenance of the neighborhood entrances, a monthly e-newsletter, neighborhood watch, a lost pet finder, and friendly, and engaging social activities for all age groups. The association also hosts a bi-annual neighborhood yard sale.
If you are looking for a stable neighborhood with a strong association, then Dogwood Grove is the place for you!
